I baked a chocolate cake for dessert after dinner the other day. I am sorry, I didn’t manage to take a photo of the ready cake. My children can’t wait to cut the cake and share it. However, today I am not sharing on how to make a chocolate cake. I would like to share with you on this easy method on making the fantastic and creamy chocolate ganache. There is no need of beating the butter and washing the mixer. Simply place both ingredients together into a double boiler, and that is it.
Easy Chocolate Ganache
1 cup double cream
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
1. use double boiler to melt chocolate chips with double cream
2. leave it to cool and thicken
3. spread on cake
Note: if you wanted a thicker texture, place the mixture into refrigerator for 5 minutes before use
