This is the birthday cake children and I baked for their father. I used store bought butter cake mix for the cake. I added 1 cup of dried cranberries into mixture before baking. I then, spread cranberry jam on cake and sandwich it between 2 cakes. For frosting, I use double cream. It is easy and yummy.
