Chocolate Mug Cake in 5 Minutes


I made this mug cake because Amanda has been pestering me everyday for cupcakes making.  So I googled the internet and found this mug cake recipe.  It is easy to make.  Microwave is needed instead of oven.  It was fun to see the cake rising in the microwave. 

As for the cake, the taste of the cake is flat.  However, it goes well with a scoop of ice-cream, marble syrup or melted chocolates when serve it hot.  Do try it out. 

Chocolate Mug Cakes in 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 mug
4 tablespoons cake flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Method:
1. mix well all dry ingredients first in the mug and follow by wet ingredients.
2. place the mug in microwave and set high power for 5 minutes (or wait until it stop rising).
3. tip out the cake from the mug and enjoy with scoop of ice-cream, marble syrup, heavy cream or melted chocolates.

  2. Seems very easy to prepare but I am not going to give this a try. The reason is I never wanted to buy or use a microwave oven.Why? read this article from http://curezone.com/foods/microwave_oven_risk.asp.Hahaha!
