We boiled some chrysanthemum flower tea to beat the recent hot weather and prevent from heatiness. Check NoobCook recipe for how to prepare chrysanthemum tea (just in case you need it). For the leftover tea, I mixed in jelly powder, bring it to boil and make into tea jelly. I use cuppy baking tray as the jelly mold. It is so cool and freshing to eat it chill.
