This was not only homemade but also handmade. We love nutella ice-cream after we first had it at the cafe.
Nutella Ice Cream
Notes: This was made without an ice cream maker. I use 1.5L container for the ingredients. Suggest to do it during weekend where you will stay home most of the time.
2/3 cup nutella
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
2 cups fresh milk
1. whisk together all ingredients.
2. pour into freezer safe container and place it in freezer for 3 hours.
3. Every hour, take out the container and draw the mixture side in with fork (as side will be frozen first).
4. Return to freezer. Repeat Step 3 for 5 times every hourly or until ice cream is frozen.
