
Rolled some sushi with crab sticks for Amanda's breakfast last Saturday.
Seasoning for the rice (for 2 cups raw rice)
1/4 cup of rice vinegar
3 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Tips: (1) season the rice while it is still hot. (2) always keep your hands moist when handling sushi rice.
looks delicious, try the sushi vinegar, then you dont need to add salt/sugar to the rice
