Gong Xi Gong Xi.
Everything seems so nice and beautiful with decorations in red. I used to buy lots of them from gift shop. I use it for gift baskets, Kumquat and Chrysanthemum pots and vases. It cost me RM10 each. I am so happy I found the tutorial here. I wind the ribbon 15 times so it makes 30 loops. It is easy, you can make them in front of TV.
