Shh.. there are vegetables in Amanda's pasta

Adrian is 8 months now and loves purees. I prepare homemade purees for him, all sort of them. Apple, pear, mango, pea, spinach, carrot, monk bean, cauliflower, broccoli, dates, prunes, pumpkin, butter squash etc. Since I have lots of them, so I use it in Amanda's meals too. She is not a food picker by nature, but I am happy to see she is getting sufficient nutrition from the fruits and veggies.
I use veggies purees in her porridge and noodles. I use smashed avocado as bread spread. I use fruit purees in her pancake and yogurt. I am not a weird and boring mum. I am just doing my very best in making sure my daughter is eating five portions of fruits and vegetables daily. And of course, I do indulge her sweet tooth with her favourite snacks once a while, lollies, candies, chocolates, ice-cream, jelly beans etc.

Can you see pumpkin and broccoli in Amanda's pasta?
This article was inspired by my friend, Sue for her passion in cooking and baking.
